Osmia andrenoides Spinola, 1808 North Mediterranean species. In the sub-Mediterranean and Alpine
(Soča valley) regions of Slovenia. Oligolectic, specialized on Lamiaceae. Nests in empty snail
shells. The cell partitions are made of masticated leaves. Partly bivoltine. Flies from May to July and in August and
September. |
