Osmia cornuta (Latreille, 1805)

 

 

North Mediterranean species. In the sub-Mediterranean and sub-Pannonian regions of Slovenia.

Polylectic species. Nests in various pre-existing cavities. The cell partitions are made of clay. I observed nests made of clay in crevices in a stone wall.

Univoltine. Flies from March to May.

Razširjenost vrste v Sloveniji.
