banksianus (Kirby, 1802) European species. In the Alpine, pre-Alpine, Dinaric and
sub-Mediterranean (Nanos) regions of Slovenia. Oligolectic, specialized on Asteraceae Cichorioideae. Nests in
burrows in the ground, excavated by itself. Univoltine. Flies from June to August. |
