Female from Sela na Krasu, collected in May 1995.	Osmia scutellaris Morawitz, 1868 North Mediterranean species, distributed in the sub-Mediterranean and sub-Pannonian regions of Slovenia. Oligolectic, specialized on Asteraceae (pers. obs.). Nests in hollow plant stems. Univoltine. Flies from June to August.
	Razširjenost vrste v Sloveniji. Na Komenskem Krasu, Kraškem robu in v Posotelju, trenutno stanje populacij ni znano.
