Eucera clypeata Erichson, 1835 Mediterranean-central Asian species. In Slovenia along the coast
in Istria (sub-Mediterranean region). Polylectic species (Iuga, 1958). I observed it on Fabaceae.
Nests in burrows in the ground, excavated by itself. Univoltine. Flies from May to July. |
