Anthidium
oblongatum (Illiger, 1806) North Mediterranean species. In the sub-Mediterranean, Dinaric,
pre-Alpine and sub-Pannonian regions of Slovenia. Polylectic species, visiting mainly Fabaceae. Nests in various
pre-existing cavities. The cell partitions are made of cottony plant down. Univoltine. Flies from June to August. |
