Andrena varians (Rossi, 1792) European species. In Slovenia only one specimen found near Hrpelje
on the Kras plateau (sub-Mediterranean region). Polylectic species. Nests in burrows in the ground, excavated by
itself. Univoltine. Flies in April and May. |
