Lacebugs (Tingidae) are phytophagous, mostly feeding only with a particular plant family, genus or even species. A  network of veins and cells on their upper wings, pronotum and some other body parts is typical for them.

Mrežaste stenice (Tingidae) so rastlinojede, večinoma se hranijo le z določeno rastlinsko družino, rodom ali celo vrsto. Omrežje žil in celic na zgornjih krilih, pronotumu in nekaterih drugih telesnih delih je značilno zanje.
