Female from Pl. Vogar, Bohinj, collected in June 1996.	Hoplitis villosa (Schenck, 1853) Alpine species. In Slovenia in the Karavanke Mts., Julian Alps (Alpine region) and on Mt. Čaven (sub-Mediterranean region). Oligolectic, specialized on Asteraceae. Nests in crevices between stones. The cell partitions are made of scraps of leaves and sand. Univoltine. Flies from May to August.
	Razširjenost vrste v Sloveniji. Redka gorska vrsta.
