Hoplitis pallicornis (Friese, 1895)

 

 

East Mediterranean species. In the sub-Mediterranean region of Slovenia.

Probably polylectic species, known foodplants are Salvia (Lamiaceae) and Onosma (Boraginaceae). Nests in hollows in stones are made of sand (pers. obs.).

Univoltine. Flies from April to July.

Razširjenost vrste v Sloveniji.

Vrsta je na Krasu in apnenih tleh v Istri pogosta, znana tudi iz predgorja Snežnika.
