Halictus kessleri Bramson, 1879 East Mediterranean species. Distributed in the sub-Mediterranean
region of Slovenia. Polylectic species. Nests in burrows in the ground, excavated by
itself. Social species (pers. obs.). Overwintered females appear in April, males fly from July. |
