Andrena vaga Panzer, 1799

 

 

Eurosiberian species. Widely distributed in Slovenia, probably absent from the Alpine region.

Oligolectic, specialized on Salix (Salicaceae). Nests in burrows in the ground, excavated by itself.

Univoltine. Flies from March to May.
