Andrena
agilissima (Scopoli, 1770) West Mediterranean species. In Slovenia in the Soča valley,
near Strunjan (sub-Mediterranean region) and Maribor (sub-Pannonian region). Oligolectic, specialized on Brassicaceae. Nests in burrows in
the ground, excavated by itself. Probably communal species. Univoltine. Flies from May to June. |
